From the airport, simply take Ruta 21 towards Nicoya for about an hour. As you approach Nicoya, veer right onto Ruta 150 and follow that all the way into Samara.

Once you enter the town of Samara, make your first right turn and continue across the bridge. Once over the bridge, veer left and follow that until the road end. Turn right and go 1 km to the large right turn. Turn right and go 300 meters. Tuki Tuki is on the left side of the road.
